Comfortable, clean and great value for money
We stayed during the fringe festival in August and was exactly what we needed - a comfy, clean, bed. The facilities aren’t fancy but it is very comfortable and great value for money when you look at the prices of other accommodation during the month of august in Edinburgh. The staff were lovely and helpful and the location was great, there is a bus stop only 5 minutes walk away that will bring you straight into the city.

Good value for money in Fringe season
Really welcoming staff, clean room, access to kitchen with all the necessary cutlery etc. Decent location for the price (15-ish minutes drive/taxi into the city centre but also walkable) considering how pricey everywhere else is during the Fringe.
The light in the bathroom was faulty and kept rapidly flashing on and off every time the bathroom door was opened - showering and using the loo felt like being stuck in a rave! Bed was small and not the comfiest but for the price it was fine.
